Meet Max Goldschmidt

Max is a dedicated Personal Injury attorney, committed to advocating for individuals injured due to the negligence of others. With a focus on cases such as automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and premises liability, Max has built a reputation for achieving significant results. At just 28, he was entrusted with leading the personal injury department of a major law firm, where he successfully secured over $10 million in recoveries from insurance companies.

Driven by his success, Max founded his own law firm, MAX LAW, where he has continued to deliver outstanding results, recovering over $3.5 million within the first six months of operation.

Max earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he honed his litigation skills and gained practical experience through the prestigious Litigation Skills Program. He began his career with clerkships at the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County and two firms specializing in Personal Injury and commercial litigation.

Although originally from New York, Max has become a proud and active member of the Miami community, where he launched his legal career. He holds a degree in political science from Florida State University, complemented by minors in psychology and communications.
